COOL KIDS RIDE BIKES

For some reason it's become cool for hipsters to ride bikes (fixed-gear ones to be exact). You only have to look at Viktor Vauthier, The Cobra Snake or some other hipster photographer's blog and you'll see what I mean. Urban Outfitters have even set up an online bike shop where you can custom design your own bike.

It kind of makes me laugh though. I remember riding a fixed gear bike to school as a kid and being paid out for it and feeling like the biggest dork ever. Soooo...can't say I'd be willing to jump on the bandwagon again. Though these pictures kinda weaken my resolve. Riding through Paris! Ahhhh!

I keep seeing this girl everywhere! Bambi Northwood-Blyth is 19 (like me!) and hails from Sydney. Rumours are she's got a little something something going on with Dan Single (Ksubi). I'm liking these shots of her from the latest Maniamania lookbook. Love the rings too :)
