ANGUS + JULIA

Last night I saw Angus and Julia Stone play; everything about it was magical. Both siblings are incredible musicians and they definitely sound better live. I think I have a crush on both of them now! I think what impressed me most apart from the performance itself was when I looked around at the crowd; such a motley crue of people! There weren't just the the usual hipster folk you'd expect at a gig like that; there were mums and dads, club rats, and footy guys alike singing along to all the words. I personally think it's a sign of good music when it connects with people you wouldn't expect.

LIGHTS AND SMOKE

I'm currently working on a project with my friend Nat for a uni assignment. Basically we have to come up with the concept for a magazine and design it. Lots of work but I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product...but that's still a long..long...long way away.
